Before you write
If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a pickup point — please contact the tour operator, GetYourGuide or Trip.com directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator or a government office, and we have no access to your booking. We also cannot help with visas, immigration or customs matters.
For most planning questions, the answer is probably already here: the travel guide, the getting there guide and the best time to visit page between them cover almost everything people ask us.
What we would love to hear about
- Anything on this site that is out of date, wrong or unclear.
- A guesthouse, restaurant, viewpoint or tour we have missed.
